My G3C was not very accurate with the stock barrel, nor would it load most hollow points, especially flat faced ones. Many people have this problem with the G3C. After I installed the new Lakeline barrel, the gun was more accurate and many hollow points now load. Taurus should have figured this out before releasing this model.

Could be polished on the feed ramp better but overall it was a drop in fit . Perfect.

Excellent barrel!
Our new G3c ran target ammo perfectly but wouldn't chamber defense ammo. Decided to try a replacement barrel first (which in this case is a huge upgrade). Received the barrel in less than 3 days. Only required VERY minimal fit work, which since I'm a machinist was no possible. It took less than 20 minutes total. It did include very easy to follow directions. But if you're not up to that you can get a smith to do it. It runs all ammo perfectly now. The shot groups are incredible. I'm not the best shooter, but it grouped my 3 yard and 5 yard in less than 3". Less than 5" at 15 yards and less than 7" out to 25 yards. The machining quality is VERY good!

Bought this in the hopes that it would stop the failure to feeds i was having. And it did. Now i can safely care hollow and hydra shock rounds in my g3c. No trimming or alterations to my gun was needed. It was drop in. Im very pleased.
