Optic Ready Slide
Purchased the optic ready slide for my Taurus TX22 and was impressed with the quality of the product received. The only downside was the instruction papers that explained how to change out the parts. All of the illustration pictures were so dark which made them useless to try to use. I finally found a video on the web on how to disassemble and clean a TX22 so ended up using it to complete the work. A video from Lakeline would be of great help. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied.

Nice piece. Fit and function is as desired. The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is the directional photos need updating desperately. And a video link would be very helpful also.

wanted to make my TX22 look like a mini me G3
removing/installing the buffer block or striker block requires a 1/4 socket extension (drift) a solid surface and a med-weight hammer, it was pretty straightforward.

Optics ready slide for standard Taurus TX 22.
Perfect fit to the frame. I had to do a small amount of fitting to the breach block to get it to fit into the slide. I added a Holosun 407K which fit perfectly. I’ve run a couple of hundred rounds of CCI Mini Mags and Standard Velocity without a single failure. Excellent choice for converting your TX 22 to an Optics Pistol. Does not come with fixed sights, and I have not added any. Do not see the need.
