Mounting plate
I would give it 5 stars but I had to shave it down to fit my Taurus g2c. Great product otherwise. Lakeline: Unfortunately, G2C dovetails vary. Better than being loose!

Sight mounting plate
Plate was supposed to be a fir for my Taurus G2c. I had to use my dremel to slightly file the back side of the plate to get it fitted. Overall I am happy with the product.

Borderline scam
"Fitting will be required", "once you modify the plate, it cannot be returned". The amount and precision of "fitting" will astonish you. LAKELINE: the Taurus dovetails can vary in size. Having a tight fit is vital to keep the plate secure and your optic holding zero.

Bought this for my wife's TX-22 standard. Checked the fit against the Cyelee CAT red dot we bought, it perfectly located in the plate's machined recess. Everything lines up although the sight comes with M4 x .7 screws with small Torx heads and the plate is threaded 6-32, so none of the supplied screws with the plate fit the sight. For testing I turned down a couple 6-32 heads to fit, and Cyelee is sending me some 6-32 with the proper size and taper heads. Took my time with LOTS of patience and checking after each 2-4 strokes with needle files, don't expect to rush this job. File, check profile and fit, file, check. The plate comes beautifully finished in a gloss black, I chose to hit the edges with flat black since I left some bare aluminum in a couple spots. Once the sight pushed home, all the time was worth it. Al at Lakeline was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Wife is stoked with how her pistol is turning out.
