Taurus TX22 (.22 LR) Striker Housing Set (includes left and right sides) REPLACEMENT set. This set is compatible with all TX22 versions, including compatibility in both Gen1 and Gen2 and TORO/non-TORO.
Precision printed on MarkForged 3D printers with 50 micron resolution with ONYX FR material, this striker housing is resistant to heat up to 525F. The internal surface is very smooth allowing for nearly frictionless striker travel. Additionally, our design enlarged the striker block cavity to ensure clean travel as we identified this as a source of miss fires, particularly when using Forced Reset Triggers (FRT).
FRT Users should use these replaceable striker housings as the prolonged operation of an FRT will melt factory striker housings. Our testing of this Lakeline ONYX striker housing found it reliable and effective for 1,000 rounds in a one hour period. That being said, do not expect your grandchildren to inherit these (unless you are on death's door) - when using an FRT this part is a consumable.

Striker housing
Perfect fitment and easily installed. As stated the onyx FR material does wear but seems very durable and much better than the original plastic. They are cheap enough to buy a few and have on hand.
