Fiber Optic sight set (front and rear) for your Taurus G3 w/o factory steel sights, G2C, G2S, PT111 G2, PT140 G2, PT709, PT740, and TX22. The sights come with 3 fiber optic rods in green, red and orange so you can use any combination of color that you prefer. They are machined from tough aircraft grade Aluminum Alloy and hard anodized and provide outstanding contrast in daylight.
With a flat surface on the front of the rear sight, these sights allow one-handed charging of the pistol action.
They are both held in with screws and no sight pusher is used in the installation. The tools needed include drivers to remove the existing sights, a small Phillips head screw driver, thread locker, nail clippers or a side cutter, and a lighter to install the fibers into the sights. Expect minor fitting of both sights to be required (For example- filing using needle files or similar) because they are made to the largest dovetail size so a tight fit can be had on any pistol. Yes, dovetails vary.
The sight set comes with new screws for the front sight and rear sights. The rear sight is adjustable for windage when mounting.

Great Sights for any occasion
I put these on my G2C a few weeks ago and upgraded today on the striker guide, new springs, and retention clip... I got fantastic results of better sights, and a much crisper trigger. I would like to thank Al personally for helping on a delivery issue. Great products and customer service.

Fiber Optic sights for TX22
Rear sight is very sturdy, front sight seems less so. This is due to Taurus' decision to mount the front blade with a screw rather than a dovetail. The do-it-yourself fiber optic rod installation went well. Light-gathering rods are bright even in shadow during the day. This is a real improvement over the plastic factory sights. POI on my pistol was dead-on with center hold at 15 yards.
