Federal Firearms License Transfers (FFL)
If you are buying a handgun from Lakeline LLC, the law requires that the transfer be made through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. That means that if you would like the handgun shipped to you, it must be shipped to a local FFL holder for you to complete the transfer paperwork and pick up the firearm. If you are interested in local pickup in our Houston, TX location, we make that available at no cost by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Houston, Texas Pickup
This service is offered at no additional cost to you. This is by appointment only - we are NOT open for walk-in under any circumstances and parts are not available for local pickup.
After you purchase your new handgun on Lakelinellc.com, email us at info@lakelineLLC.com and we will schedule your pickup appointment. We are located in the Westchase District of Houston, TX near Beltway 8 and the Westpark Tollway.
We will provide you the required paperwork to complete in advance of your pickup appointment.
Shipping a handgun purchased at Lakeline LLC
After you purchase your new handgun on Lakelinellc.com, we will contact you via email to set your local FFL pickup. We will ship your firearm to the local FFL and they will contact you when it is ready for pickup. If you are unable to complete the transfer for any reason, the firearm will be returned to us. We will refund you your purchase price less shipping and a re-stocking fee.
Not available for export outside of US or shipment into CA, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, AK, HI, Puerto Rico, or US Territories.
Magazine capacities must comply with your local requirement.
