Noticeable improvement
The OEM slide release worked, but I found myself over-pressing and actually pressing it more into the frame more because I couldn’t feel it actually engaging. The Lakeline upgrade alleviates all doubt that the release is engaged, doesn’t add much more bulk to the firearm, and just feels all-around more functional to me. I am 100% satisfied with the product and would recommend.

Big difference when racking the Hellcat. Now I don't have to sell it.

The stock one is so bad and hard to engage. I recommend this as the first Hellcat upgrade to anyone. I hope they make a ported barrel soon
