The CompensatedCarryTM Ported Target Barrel provides for comfortable Concealed Carry with with built in recoil compensation and faster target reacquisition capability. This precision machined match greade barrel produces tight groupings and a meaningful recoil and barrel flip reduction from the compensating port. Because the port is at the end of the barrel, muzzle velocity is not effected.

Huge improvement!
I just finished my first range visit with this barrel. I am extremely happy with this barrel. I feel my followup shots improved and I can find the dot faster after each shot. My overall accuracy improved as well. I highly recommend this barrel.

Good Barrels, Work Well, Look Awesome
These ported barrels dropped into my g45 and rxm, snug with no issues. I fired about 100 rounds through the glock and about 160 through the rxm. The port effect is definitely noticeable. I'm not a pro competition shooter but I could see the dot was not jumping quite as harshly in my optic. I had no malfunctions out of the approximately 260 rounds of 115 grain fmj, and I made sure to include a little one handed shooting, both weak and strong hand. I did notice the ejection was weaker on the rxm with this barrel, while the g45 was still strong and consistent. I may explore a step lighter recoil spring on the rxm out of caution. One last note is the port has started to burn the finish off of the very tip of the slide and front sight on both pistols, kind of a cool look but it may bother some.

Lakeline Glock 19 Gen 5, compensated carry ported target barrel
Top Notch! In my opinion this is the best barrel on the market. The quality is top notch, the barrel looks great and is very accurate. I seriously can not say enough good things about this barrel. I have purchased 3 total! Actually no 4 total! One for my Taurus G3C and I have one in every one of my Glock 19 Gen 3 & Gen 5 models. It DOES help mitigate recoil/muzzle rise. I would say 15-20%, it’s definitely a noticeable improvement. What I like is that it doesn’t change the firearm ( like actually porting your weapon ) you drop this barrel in and you are good to go. You can EDC this and trust your life on it and that’s what matters to me. I don’t have to have a different weight RSA and shit and change anything. I plan to get a black nitride one next for my other G19. All my others have been the stainless because I read stainless is more durable, resilient and accurate. You can’t go wrong with this barrel, plus the company ( Lakeline ) is very standup. I have my order within 5-7 days from ordering to doorstep every time.

Lakeline Glock 19 Gen 5, compensated carry ported target barrel
I can’t rave enough about this barrel. I have bought the one for the G3C and also the Glock 19. I am about to purchase another one for my other G19 Gen 5. The craftsmanship is amazing on these: You can tell this is quality where it counts. This barrel does help with muzzle rise and recoil. I’ve shot easily over 1K rounds through my G19 and it still looks brand new. The groups are spot on! Hell I think it shoots better than my OG Glock barrel. These are that good. I thought about getting a G19C Gen 3 but I think for my needs overall getting another barrel for my other G19 and saving $400 and just buying ammo or whatever is the best option. I’m telling you that you absolutely can’t go wrong with this company/or barrel. It’s just a beautiful, extremely well made barrel that is lethally accurate
