The Taurus TX22 is a great plinking gun, especially with an FRT or when shooting with a suppressor! The Gen2 and Compact models have a lightening cut over the chamber block and many shooters are finding that when shooting with an optic they are getting discharge gasses clouding their optic lens. This is particularly the case when using a suppressor as the backpressure exhaust through the chamber.
This gas cover is precision printed on MarkForged 3D printers at 75 micron resolution with ONYX FR material, a carbon fiber embedded Nylon material that is heat resistant to 525F. Easy to snap into place, it shields your optic lens face from discharge gasses and will not impede casing ejection.
