Optics Ready, tactical COMPENSATED slide Standard Taurus TX22 (does not fit the Competition nor the compact versions of the TX22) pistol that includes:
- Billet Machined Slide in 7075 Aluminum, Silver Satin Aluminum Cerakote Finish
- Optic cover plate
- Cover plate screws, M4 x 0.70 mm Thread, 5 mm
- Sight Pins for use with red dot sights that accomodate using all 4 bosses
Features:
- Compensated slide extends 0.75" beyond muzzle of barrel, exhaust gassses are directed up through ports in the slide hood providing recoil and barrel flip compensation. Design provides significant compensation, allows for quicker follow on shots.
- Glock pattern sights. Any sight that works with the Taurus GX4, Taurus G3C or TX22 Compact fit this slide. Sights not included.
- Reinforced recoil assembly support - this slide won't break at the recoil assembly support!!
- Optic ready: accepts RMSC footprint red dot sights. Uses removable pins to accomodate Holosun K footprint and other RMSC footprint sights that don't use all 4 bosses. Will accept the adapter plate for the GX4 to fit the RMRcc sight footprint.
- Black Type III Anodized Finish - military spec
- Slide lightening cuts
- Accepts Lakeline LLC TX22 Target Barrels (coming soon, available for pre-order now)
Not compatable with threaded barrel accessories such as compensators or suppressors. End of barrel is 0.75" recessed into slide.
Installation: Your factory breech block, extractor, extractor spring and plunger, striker assembly, and slide plate need to be moved over to this part. Glock style sights will be needed. This is the bare slide and parts mentioned above. Here are the TX22 Slide installation instructions.
FINISHES. Metal parts that rub together or make contact with other metal parts will get visibly marked, scratched, or burnished. Even very hard finishes like Cerakote will wear and that will be visible. This is normal and is not a defect.
Pistol, optics and front sight not included, included in photos for reference only. Photos of pistol show the compensated slide in an anodized finish, not Cerakote.
