Single-Piece (only 1 required per pistol) Stainless Steel Striker Spring Retainer for Taurus G2/Millennium series. Replaces part 20, Firing Pin Spring Sleeve in the Taurus G2C manual.
 
Fits all versions of the GX4 (including GX4XL and Carry), G3 (including the G3X and G3XL) , G3C (9mm and .40cal), G2C, PT111 G2,  GX4, 709 and 740. The factory part is easy to send flying and can be hard to find. 
 
The one-piece design makes removal and installation a breeze!

    Retainer & Striker guide

    I had planned on replacing the "Stainless steel Stiker" guide for increased reliablity and performance as it also effects the trigger action. I thought "why not replace the "Spring Retainer" while I'm at it. You've got to remove the firing pin-striker for both anyway. I found that the stainless steel spring ratainer has a gap in it that fits perfectly. There is no need to close the gap as the retainer is held in place by the spring that wraps around it. After seeing the configuration I'm very confident that it will increase the reliabily of the striker.

    This retainer is much easier to remove and install compared to the two piece plastic original retainer. Plus it's metal, rather than plastic.
